7. Service Level Agreements

Specific response and resolution time commitments are defined in our Service Level Agreement. SLA credits and remedies are described therein and constitute the client's sole remedy for service availability failures.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
